I’m gluten free and ate here - worked well! I’m they have an allergen menu online which is a bit difficult to interpret (I screenshotted it and then copied the picture into Google Translate), but I ended up having rice, mushrooms, the ‘extra pork slices’, an egg, and spring onions. I brought my own soy sauce and asked (again via Google Translate) to have all of those items in one plate - worked well and was tasty!

They give you a sheet to fill out and choose how spicy/strong etc your broth is. Very nice ramen. They were very friendly and helpful to non Japanese speakers and we felt welcome

Delicious ramen and quick service! You walk in and use the machine to place your order before getting seated.The broth is delicious and I thought that the mild spice was the perfect amount for people who like a slight kick but can’t take too much spice. I ordered it with a seasoned egg but my egg wasn’t seasoned unfortunately.It is a special experience if you choose to sit at the counter instead of the tables. I would recommend trying it once!
